Created by The Groundswell Group Inc, WEPA is a substance misuse prevention coalition engaged in creating a healthy culture. We serve youth and families in the Bronx, focusing on youth between the ages of 10 to 21.
As a coalition, we seek to collaborate with all community stakeholders by developing and implementing environmental strategies, which include education, information, community and civic engagement in order to increase awareness of substance misuse and prevent addiction.
