WEPA is a substance misuse prevention coalition engaged in creating healthy culture. We serve youth and families in the Bronx, focusing on youth between the ages of 10 to 21. As a coalition, we seek to collaborate with all community stakeholders by providing community and civic engagement, education, information, and other strategies that increase awareness of substance misuse and prevent addiction.

Our Vision
We are a diverse community, working together in the shelter of each other to prevent addiction and substance misuse. Our vision is to transform all communities into more than just peaceful and healthy environments where people live, work, play and pray.
Our Mission
We are a coalition committed to building equitable neighborhoods and expanding their capacities. We aim to eliminate substance misuse and prevent addictions amongst youth and families in the Bronx. Through community collaboration we support, educate, and provide the necessary resources in order to co-create and sustain a healthy jubilant community.
